The United States Constitution is more than just ink on parchment—it is the foundation of our freedoms, the blueprint of our Republic, and the safeguard against tyranny. Yet, today, we see it under attack like never before. From government overreach to attacks on free speech, the very liberties our Founding Fathers fought and died for are being eroded before our eyes.  As patriots, we have a duty—not just to ourselves, but to future generations—to stand up, speak out, and defend the Constitution at all costs.  

The Constitution: A Shield Against Tyranny.  Our Founders understood that unchecked power leads to oppression. That’s why they crafted a Constitution that limits government, protects individual rights, and ensures that power remains with the people.  

Key Constitutional Protections Under Fire Today:  

🔹 The First Amendment – Free speech, religious liberty, and the right to peacefully assemble are being censored and suppressed. 🔹 The Second Amendment – Gun rights are constantly under attack, despite being essential for self-defense and resistance against tyranny.

•    Read and study the Constitution, the Federalist Papers, and the writings of our Founding Fathers.     

•     Share facts about our rights and the dangers of government overreach on social media, in conversations, and within our communities.     

•     Host Constitution study groups to educate others about their rights or come to our in person meetings at SMCG. We meet every second Monday of each month at the NRV Super Bowl located at 375 Arbor Drive Christiansburg, Va  

2. Get Involved Locally     

•    Attend school board, county, and state meetings to hold elected officials accountable.     

•    Support & elect Constitution-minded leaders who prioritize individual freedoms.     

•    Challenge unconstitutional policies at the local level—many battles for liberty start in our own towns.  

3. Exercise & Defend Your Rights     

•    Use your First Amendment rights—speak out, assemble, and demand accountability.     

•    Defend the Second Amendment—train, educate, and ensure that gun rights are never infringed.     

•    Resist unconstitutional mandates and laws—what we tolerate today becomes the new norm tomorrow.  

4. Stand United as Patriots     

•    Join and support grassroots patriot groups that defend Constitutional values such as the Second Monday Constitution Group.     

•    Connect with like-minded individuals—we are stronger together.     

•    Never back down in the face of opposition—history favors the bold.  

The Time to Act is NOW  The Constitution is only as strong as the people willing to defend it. Every generation must fight for liberty, and this is our moment.
